Wildfire Prevention Safety Tips from the MN DNR:

Be careful with any outdoor activity that can cause heat or sparks. Low hanging tow chains from trailers can cause sparks from dragging on the ground.
Keep outdoor equipment and vehicles maintained.
Avoid driving through and parking on or near dry grass or brush. Hot exhaust pipes can start the grass on fire.
Always watch your campfire. Keep it small. Less than 3 feet high and 3 feet in diameter. Make sure it is completely out before leaving it.
Follow burning restrictions and don't burn on dry, windy days.
